Evolution of a Coastal Treasure: Florida's Highway A1A is a truly a treasure to read.  It is by far one of the most comprehensive pieces written about Florida's Atlantic Coast and the historic A1A coastal corridor.  Mary Tibbals Ventre has captured a thought provoking account of Florida's history and future in this very interesting book.
